1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Trigger service (trigger.qfhq.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the service. Your continued use of Trigger following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Service

Trigger is a digital platform providing entertainment and informational content related to psychological techniques, behavioral analysis, decision-making patterns, and related topics. The service delivers content through various formats including written materials, interactive features, analytics tools, and educational resources designed for personal enrichment and understanding. Trigger is operated by and accessible through trigger.qfhq.io.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Trigger, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You may not create an account if you are under 18 years of age or if you are prohibited by applicable law from using Trigger. You are solely responsible for any activities conducted through your account, and you agree to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify Trigger immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fee

Trigger operates on a subscription basis. The standard subscription cost is nineteen dollars ($19.00) per month. By subscribing to Trigger, you authorize the company to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. Your billing cycle will continue on a monthly basis, with charges applied on the same day each month that you initiated your subscription.

4.2 Payment Methods

You agree to pay all fees using valid payment methods accepted by Trigger. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees and charges incurred under your account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect the payment using the payment method you have on file. If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate your access to Trigger.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting our support team at the address provided in Section 11. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to Trigger through the end of your paid period, and no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of your billing cycle following cancellation.

If you cancel your subscription, your account and all associated content will be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be able to restore your account after cancellation unless you reactivate your subscription and create a new account.

4.4 Refund Policy

Trigger operates on a non-refundable subscription model. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service, unused portions of your subscription, or for any reason following your cancellation. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies even if you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period.

In circumstances where Trigger ceases operations or discontinues service, we will provide notice to all active subscribers and will issue a pro-rata refund for any prepaid amounts for the service period following the discontinuation date.

4.5 Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge appearing on your statement. We will investigate all disputes in good faith and work toward resolution. Continued use of Trigger following a charge constitutes acceptance of that charge.
